Metadata Improvement Lab: Leveraging JuPYter Notebook to Assess Metadata Completeness

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Documentation is essential for discovery, access, use and understanding. The usefulness of documentation in large part is determined by the end user's community of scientific practice. By analyzing metadata records for completeness, using a variety of community driven recommendations, we can determine if a metadata record or collection will be useable for a target audience. This lab will be conducted in a JuPYter notebook using Python.
