I am interested in understanding how the earth's atmosphere works. I study changes in the global circulation in the lowest 20 kilometers of the atmosphere, and the accompanying changes in clouds. I enjoy using both climate models and satellite data in my work, both of which produce tons of data.
So of course I'm always interested in streamlining my analysis workflow, following good practices with my programming and data so others can continue or reproduce my work, and communicating my work to others. Climate science is a big deal, and people want to learn more about it; can I add something interesting and relevant to the conversation?
